− Broken heater, wifi didn't work, not clean, very noisy fridge, tv sucked, had to clean the toilet before I could use it, very noisy neighbor's watching TV all night, and making other terrible noises as well, curtains didn't cover the windows and on arrival the lady living in her car parked by the units wasn't really a nice greeting.
