− The door lock was complicated, it was tired and the second bedroom had old bed coverings and there was dirt on one of the beds

− Poor maintenance- Kitchen tap mixer loose and floping around -Toilight light switch cover missing dangerous -Gate unsecure held with plastic ties - no sound proofing from unit above verry noisy
Ideal location in beautiful Merimbula
8.0Great location in a beautiful beach town. The proximity of the surf beach and the lake gives you the best of both worlds. Also an easy and scenic walk to the main shopping area.
A week was enough with dogs, but a nice break.

− Needed more information about where the dogs would go. Our 10 year old Lab had a lot of problems going up the stairs. So you need to let people know what unit is offering the dogs. From now on, I would take unit 1 for the yard. The yard for #3 was not appropriate for 2 dogs and we would not put them into it. Left them outside on a chain, which is not idea. But they loved the park and beach;, so great location. On our own, loved Unit 3 if with no dogs. Bar-b-q lost gas so did not have a meal on the baar-b-q.
