Great location, difficulty in communication

The accommodation was central and new. The food was very tasty, especially the traditional Mongolian dishes. The rooms were spacious.

− Although the staff were willing and polite, not all of them spoke English, and overall there were communication issues. When we checked into the room, there was a large stain on the bed’s duvet. Due to the communication difficulties, it took them three days to replace. And although they changed our towels daily, they always left us with fewer than we needed. We also had trouble communicating regarding the payment, as they were not very familiar with the Booking system.
