Suficiente pero con sorpresas
6.0La ubicación era lo mejor.
− Que toda la publicidad era falsa, no había terraza y aparece en las fotos sin decirte que en el tuyo no hay terraza. Además las escaleras de accesos son super empinadas y estrechas, cosa que con personas mayores es un hándicap. No tiene microondas para calentar nada.Ducha pequeña y sin fuerza .Y por supuesto las fotos se hicieron en momentos mejores del apartamento. Cumple su función pero debería Booking penalizar a los dueños de los apartamentos que no son como en la fotos o que las mezclan para confundir a los clientes que confiamos en el buen hacer de Booking.

− La ducha es pequeña
Bien para pasar solo a dormir.
7.0La localización. A 5 minutos del Duomo y en una calle céntrica. Perfecto para conocer Florencia. Toallas casi nuevas. Aire acondicionado perfecto.
− Check in automático y por WhatsApp. El lavavajillas no tiene bandejas por lo que no funciona. Sin lavadora ni microondas. Si duermes en el sofa cama hay bastante ruido por la noche. Las ventanas no cierran del todo. No tuvimos agua caliente, excepto en la primera ducha... Se lo dijimos cuando nos fuimos y no recibimos ninguna respuesta/disculpa, solo nos indicó, por WhatsApp, que habiamos hecho tarde el checkout ya que era a las 10 y nos fuimos a las 11h. Trato poco cercano, aunque no malo. Fue correcto aunque igual esperábamos otra cosa.

− Läs instruktionerna från värden noga det är lätt att hamna fel i Florens 😂.
