8.0Tudo perfeito, principalmente o café da manhã. Meninas super simpáticas e gentil. A limpeza do homem impecável, as toalhas do banheiro cheirosissima. Chegamos de noite no hotel e o atendimento da recepcionista foi péssimo, sem profissionalismo nenhum, arrogante e muito mal educada. Acredito que uma pessoa para lidar com o público tem que ser ao menos educada. Tirando só o atendimento da recepção, tudo foi muito bom.

6.0A estadia foi ok O problema que cheguei lá e não tinha nada reservado, mesmo aparecendo dentro do aplicativo que estava tudo certo. Depois de um tempão, conseguiram um quarto, para nós. Não voltarei a fazer reserva por esse aplicativo.
