Apesar da excelente localização, a hospedagem não atendeu às expectativas.
2.0Os funcionários são educados e solícitos dentro das limitações do hotel. Boa localização. Estacionamento seguro e com manobrista.
− A acomodação tem degraus separando os ambientes, o que aumenta o risco de queda. A iluminação do quarto é bem fraca. Além disso no banheiro existe apenas a opção de chuveiro dentro da banheira, o que aumenta o risco de queda para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. Por conta disso não é recomendado acomodar principalmente pessoas idosas, pelo grande risco de quedas e acidentes. Tivemos dificuldade para ter sinal da TV e Internet. Além disso o quarto tinha tapetes e cortinas com forte cheiro de pó. Achamos a segurança vulnerável. A fechadura não tinha tranca extra, e não vimos monitoramento do acesso das escadas rolantes aos quartos. Café da manhã com pouca variedade, sem opção de pão integral, frios e frutas visivelmente secos, pães e bolos com aspecto de amanhecidos. Café frio. Não foi uma experiência agradável, a ponto de sair para tomar café quente do outro lado da rua....

− Apto com escadas, o chuveiro fica dentro de uma banheira, para entrar precisa pular a altura da banheira, p mim não houve problemas, mas fica a dica para hospedes com limitações de acessibilidade.
Boa localização com boa custo benéficio.

Muito confortável e excelente localização
10.0Excelente localização, muito perto do Capivari, dá para ir a pé, e com vários restaurantes próximos e tem um shopping no piso térreo. Garagens amplas. Excelente espaço dentro do flat com comodidades como cozinha completa, camas super confortáveis e apesar de estar no meio do agito do Capivari, o isolamento é relativamente bom, sem grandes incômodos dos barulhos e músicas de fora. O apartamento conta com aquecedores a óleo que foram o suficiente mesmo estando 2ºC lá fora. Nos sentimos em uma casa, com vários ambientes amplos.
− Nada muito crítico mas a internet é fraca, travando o Youtube na TV às vezes. Tem elevadores, mas também tem escadas rolantes, porém com menos pessoas hospedadas, eles desligam as escadas rolantes, o que não faz sentido pois as escadas possuem um sistema de economia de energia que desligam quando não te gente usando e religam por sensores ao acessá-las.. Nada crítico mas o chuveiro dentro da banheira, requer cuidados maiores de idosos ao entrar e sair. Chuveiro quente mas de difícil regulagem achar o melhor acerto entre o chuveiro elétrico e o aquecimento a gás.
