9.0Un endroit qui correspond parfaitement à l'esprit de Cabo Polonio. On y retrouve une vie simple, déconnectée et agréable, où l'on prend naturellement le temps de ralentir et de profiter du lieu. Les propriétaires sont particulièrement sympathiques, accessibles et toujours prêts à aider ou à échanger quelques mots, ce qui contribue beaucoup à l'atmosphère chaleureuse de l'auberge. La très bonne surprise a été la cuisine. La qualité des plats proposés est vraiment au rendez-vous, avec des préparations soignées et savoureuses, bien au-dessus de ce que l'on pourrait attendre dans ce type d'établissement isolé. Si vous recherchez l'authenticité, la simplicité et une ambiance humaine dans un cadre unique, le Lobo Hostel est une excellente adresse à Cabo Polonio.
