8.0Výborná lokalita co se výletů po Barceloně týče i mimo ní. Malý obchůdek hned vedle vchodu i když tam dávají ceny podle nálady. 😄 Pěkný výhled. Vybavení kuchyně celkem v pohodě pokud si nechcete připravovat něco opravdu náročného.
− Klimatizace už to má za sebou. Je to spíše ventilátor, který vám vzduch trošku ochladí. Skříň v ložnici drží silou vůle.. jinak všechno v pořádku.

10.0Location is awesome. Metro is near (placa Espanya and Taragona). Communication with appartments stuff is easy and fast. All the best.

− Host was late for check - in. One pillow was missing, even we where 4.
Please note that if you request a Late Check-In after 8:00 p.m., you must also pay a surcharge of 20 euros, and after 00.00. there will be a supplement of €40 in cash, at the time of entry.
If the arrival time agreed with the agent is not met and the agent is forced to return, payment of a travel supplement will be required, equivalent to the Late Check-in, stipulated previously.
The building is currently undergoing elevator installation, so there may be some construction work during the day. While the works are ongoing, we strive to ensure they do not disrupt your comfort. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
