Ubytovanie hodnotím ako veľmi dobré
10.0Lokalita bola dobrá, blízko metro, obchody .... hneď vedľa ubytovania je pekáreň, kde sme si každé ráno kúpili raňajky a vedľa pekárne kaviareň, kde sme si spolu s raňajkami dali kávičku ..... a vedľa aj malý obchodík s potravinami, ktorý bol dlho otvorený. K metru to bolo veľmi blízko, Kúpili sme si metro-kartu a jazdili metrom. Ale aj pešo to bolo docela dobré všade .... na La Ramblu to nebolo pešo ďaleko. My sme pešo išli aj do Parku Guell a odtiaľ do Sagrady Familie. Na pláž Barceloneta to bolo pár zastáviek metrom .... k spievajúcej fontáne to tiež nebolo ďaleko pešo. Jednoducho - čo sa týka lokality, tak veľmi dobrá. Ubytovanie - je to vlastne bytík s izbou, obývačkou (kde je oddelené spanie) a kuchynkou. V kuchynke bolo všetko potrebné, my sme ju používali len na raňajky. A samozrejme kúpelka s WC. Na ubytovaní bolo ticho, nerušili nás ani susedia a z "vnútornej strany" tiež nič. Jedine od ulice bolo od rána rušno, nakoľko sa zrovna prerába celá ulica. Ale v Barcelone sa takto prerába veľa ulíc, aj LA RAMBLA, čiže nič výnimočné ....

9.0Sehr geräumige und gepflegte Unterkunft
- In the case of the APARTMENT WITH TERRACE, the damage deposit that will be requested upon arrival is EUR 300. It will be made by credit card. It will be reimbursed within 7 days after check-out if the house rules have been respected during the stay and if there is no damage to the apartment and its furnishings.
- Note check-in after 19:00 incurs an additional fee of €30, and check-in after 00:00 incurs an additional fee of €50.
- It is very important to respect the noise level (loud talk, loud music) during the stay, especially at night after 22:00. Parties and meetings are totally FORBIDDEN. Neighbors might call the POLICE if their rest is disturbed. In case of a serious breach of this rule, we reserve the right to CANCEL the contract with immediate effect and without any refund of the amount of the stay or the security deposit.
- Guests will receive a rental agreement prior to arrival which must be signed at check-in time.
- Please inform The White Flats Sant Antoni in advance of your expected arrival time. There is not a 24-hour reception in the building.
