1.0− The property was unsanitary, dysfunctional and unsafe. Our room was mold and completely different from the pictures, many appliances were loose and the kitchen sink didn't work... Among other issues (mostly in hygiene) we had to leave the day we got there but so far the property's support has been unhelpful in resolving our situation- it's been 20 days.

If guests check in late, they are requested to collect keys from Cromwell Crown Hotel, 139-141 Cromwell Road, SW7 4DX.
