El sueño de todo guiri inglés.
7.0La infraestructura , la atención del personal y la limpieza en las habitaciones. La comida del buffet también merecía mucho la pena.
− Toda la rutina del hotel giraba en torno a los extranjeros: animación, horarios..(a las 22.30h acaba la música y la animación ) además se les permitía utilizar gafas de sol e hinchables en todas las piscinas (incluso cuando ponía que está prohibido)

9.0Hay varias cosas que nos gustaron: 1) El personal: siempre muy amables, sonrientes y dispuestos a ayudar. 2) Nos gustó mucho que el buffet incuyese productos locales de Menorca (ensaimada, sobrasada, queso...) aparte de todo el resto de tipos de comida. 3) También apreciamos el hecho de que tuviesen una piscina más tranquila, apartada de la zona de animación, más bulliciosa. 4) A pesar de haber ido en Julio no había sensación de que el hotel estuviese abarrotado, siempre había hamacas libres en la piscina o sitio en el comedor o en el aparcamiento 5) La zona de Son Xoriguer, estando muy cerca de un par de calas, es muy tranquila y está a unos minutos andando de la zona del lago de Cala'n Bosch, que es muy animada.
− Hay poca cosa que no nos gustase. Sobre todo el tema de los horarios. Gran parte de los huéspedes eran británicos y los horarios de comedor y piscina están adaptados a sus horarios. Cerrar la piscina a las seis o acabar de cenar antes de las nueve nos parece pronto para las costumbres de países del Mediterráneo. Las animaciones también estaban completamente enfocadas al público británico. Ni siquiera era multilingüe, todo en inglés. Eso hace que sea bastante menos atractivo para el resto del público y de niños.

7.0Il personale veramente gentile. Sia il personale della recption sia quello della sala pranzo sono stati cordiali, professionali e impeccabili. Camera ampia, interessante avere l'opzione dell'angolo cottura. Frigo fantastico, spazioso e ben funzionante!
− Lavorano con Tui (tour operator inglese) per cui la struttura era invasa da inglesi. Praticamente 90% di famiglie britanniche con bambini. Confusione nella sala pasti terribile, decisamente non adatta se si cerca totale relax. Canali televisivi unicamente in inglese e spagnolo. Piccolo appunto sulla quarta piacina chiamata "quiet pool" situata davanti al blocco 4 e dal nome si penserebbe una piscina dedicata a chi in cerca di calma e tranquillità. Peccato che ogni pomeriggio ci fossero genitori con figli urlanti che la usavano nonostante la struttura possieda altre 3 piscine enormi di cui una piena di scivoli e giochi per bambini. Inoltre attenzione pechè la struttura è enorme per cui se vi allocano nell'ultino blocco, ci si allontana parecchio dal porto e dalla spiaggia di Cala en Bosc. Consiglio personale: usare la formula camera con colazione e forse eviterei la cena in struttura. Il cibo accetabile ma forse molto basic e non comparabile ad altre strutture 4 stelle in cui abbiamo soggiornato gli anni passati.

8.0El trato de los trabajadores y su ubicación, cerca de dos playas y en una zona cercana a Ciudadela. Las camas son muy cómodas.
− Las instalaciones necesitan mantenimiento, y las comidas son bastante deficientes, salvo alguna excepción. En cuanto al desayuno hay variedad y está bien.
