− Offensichtlich herrscht Personalnot,wenige Menschen müssen viel machen.An zwei Tagen die Woche gibt's am Abend nur eine etwas dürftige Speisekarte.Frühstück okay, aber wir dachten,nach der Wende wäre das "Bananenproblem" im deutschen Osten geklärt? Nix "gelbes" auf dem Buffet...

1.0− Mein Aufenthalt begann leider enttäuschend. Obwohl ich nur etwa 15 Minuten vor der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit angekommen war und mir an der Rezeption mitgeteilt wurde, dass das Zimmer zum Check-in bezugsfertig sein sollte, erhielt ich eine Zimmerkarte für ein Zimmer, das offensichtlich noch nicht gereinigt und offenbar noch im Zustand der vorherigen Gäste war. Nach diesem Vorfall habe ich mit dem Hotel vereinbart, den Aufenthalt nicht anzutreten und die Unterkunft wieder zu verlassen. Auch die anschließende Abwicklung der Erstattung verlief aus meiner Sicht unbefriedigend. Nachdem die Auszahlung zunächst trotz einer Einigung nicht erfolgte, erhielt ich mehrfach Auskünfte, die nach meinem Verständnis nicht den tatsächlichen Ablauf widerspiegelten. Ich würde daher von einer Wahl für dieses Hotel eher abraten.

8.0Prachtige locatie, rustig gelegen met een enorm meer erachter waar je kunt zwemmen.
