枕がふたつあったのですが、柔らかいのと少し硬めの。 人によって好みが違うと思うので使い分けられるのが良かったです！ 客室露天ものんびりゆったり入れる大きさでした フリードリンクも用意されていたので快適に過ごせました！

Very big room, Japanese style but with 2 Queen size beds. Comfortable beds. Great view, even if at the 5th floor you have only a half view, due to a big building in front of you, therefore I suggest to ask for a room at the 8th floor. Nice private onsen (4 available) Very kind people.

− Just the half ocean view from my room, because of a big building in front of the panoramic window, despite I asked for a fully ocean view. Very small bathroom. Wi-fi runs a little bit slow.

年末年始で空いてた、サウナ100度で、水風呂が天然シングルだった(気温2度のため)

− ベット下に血痕があった。スタッフに言ったら「あぁー血痕ね」と外人スタッフに言われただけ。謝罪や不快な思いをさせたお詫びもない。 あと温泉付きプランと思って部屋選んだが、ただ広くて血痕のある高すぎる部屋だった。 家族風呂は永遠にはいれません。スタッフも少ないし、朝8:00に出たいのに送迎すらない。 別館よりも本館のお風呂は口コミサギです。気をつけましょう。

大変楽しい宿泊でした。

外国人のスタッフを含め、皆さん親切で一生懸命対応されている姿がとても好感を持てました。朝・夕方の食事も大変満足でした。部屋つきの温泉もとても良い。

− 踊り子号を利用して現地入りしましたが、電車時刻とチックアウト・送迎バスの利用時間が合っていないので、申し少し臨機応変に対応してほしい。
