Had a great stay other than that couldn’t use pool but the room was clean bed was soft and I will stay again

Loved how clean room was

− No phone in rooms two call for towels etc no breakfast the next morning after my stay staff was kind when we finally got someone two the counter I payed extra for breakfast but their wasn’t any thing out

− The toilet was broken, the lights in the bathroom did not work and the lights in the room did not work. we also found black hairs in the bed. When we went for breakfast, there was very little or no food.

Not much. I was pretty basic. The room seemed clean. The overall facility was stressed.

− The Inn was obviously understaffed. One desk guy trying to do it all, always away from the desk helping customers. Trash cans were overflowing. The food was very basic (expected) but cold. Hot food is the minimum. Coffee empty.

That it was close to our event

− Bathroom was not clean, water pressure was horrible, bathroom light didn't work and Mini fridge didn't work as well. Breakfast was a joke. Everything was gone, cold or not there and it was before 8 am when we came down to eat. Breakfast was supposed to be over at 9 or 10 am each day we were there. We had been to this same hotel two years ago and had a wonderful time there not sure what happened in the last two years.

Not a single thing.

− When we arrived, our bed and floor was damp and the wifi wasn’t working. The rooms had a terrible smell and overall a very dirty feeling. Muggy. I was at the front desk asking for a refund within 30 mins of checking in. The pool was also not available for use. He wouldn’t refund me despite the conditions but moved us to a different room. Still, no wifi, pool, and now we were in a room with a non working fridge. This resulted in our food being overtaken by ants. There was bugs. It’s been days and still no sign of a refund. DONT STAY HERE!!!!!
