Great spot for a family close to the train station, without any noise from the station.

The location was great. The beds were comfortable.

− Not being able to run all the ACs at once was tricky, given the hot weather, but we figured it out. Minimal amenities in the bathrooms.

An excellent place to stay. Close to the train station and other attractions.

If you take the train from other cities to Florence, then this is that place to rent. It is literally steps from the train station. You don't even hear the trains coming or going. It was ideal for us because we took the train from Rome to Florence, and then did day trips using the trains to Pisa, Lucca, and Venice. We didn't have to lug our suitcases through town (as many do) to get to your hotel because the apartment is right across the street. The apartment is on the 4th floor so you are on the top floor. The apartment has all of the amenities that you can ask for. There is a grocery store right around the corner so you can pick up things to make for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. From the apartment you can easily walk to the top attractions in Florence. If you need a taxi, or train or rental car, just walk across the street and find it at the train station. The place is very clean and well taken care of. Directions on picking up the keys were very clear and we communicated through whatsapp with the property manager. I would highly recommend this place and would use it again when I visit Florence. I felt safe going in and out of the apartment during the day or at night.

− Not really much of a view from the apartment. There is a central courtyard and a ferris wheel you can see in the distance, but I'm not really one that needs to see things out the window.
