9.0The location was convenient and the free coffee was a lifesaver!
− The curtains aren’t blackout, which makes it hard to sleep in the summer. Also, the breakfast closes at 9:30 even though the message stated it closed at 10. The staff had to turn away multiple people due to this confusion.

10.0The staff was very friendly and helpful when I couldn't figure out the door lock. They upgraded us to a room with a better view. It was quiet. Breakfast cost extra but there was a good spread

9.0The staff was efficient and willing to help. You can bring private food into the dining room. There is a public refrigerator for guests' use. there is an insect screen on the room window?
− Be aware that your door is locked when u leave the room. As the locking system is not clear.
