Great experience except for long wait to checkin after a 6 hour journey

Spacious room , clean, very comfortable. Great breakfast

− Arrived at 3pm. Waited 2 1/2 hours to get room because it was not cleaned and ready for check in. Sliding door on bathroom not ideal for sharing a room with others. Does not offer privacy

The morning staff was really nice!

− It was gnats is the room. Gnats are throughout the hotel. I was supposed to be refunded for one night stay and the manager hasn’t returned my calls after saying I would receive one night free.

Breakfast was just OK, not great. Room large & comfortable.

− Water took too long to warm up in shower & sink. Location so close to Davis Hwy. & I10 difficult to enter & exit.
