Walking distance to many eateries. Helpful staff.

− The evening bar was unable to make the New Orleans drink the hurricane. They didn’t have the right ingredients. The breakfast food was OK but nothing special. it was 100° outside, but there was no ice cream available only a small ice cream sandwich.

Overall it wasn’t bad but it could have been better.

The location and the style of the hotel. Loved the security of if and that you can’t just walk into the hotel at night or just get on an elevator. Front staff and valet was wonderful.

− The carpets weren’t very clean, bed wasn’t soft/comfy, pillows were ok, our shower was dirty and the beds had some stains on the comforters. There also was a bad sewer smell downstairs.

Beautiful Hotel

Loved the hotel and the design of it in the Warehouse District. Great location and beautiful room. Security was exceptional and the staff was very knowledgeable of restaurants and events going on during our time in the city.
