Piacevole soggiorno a Roma
10.0Struttura molto economica situata a pochi passi dalla metropolitana piramide. Siamo arrivati in aeroporto a Fiumicino siamo scesi alla stazione Ostiense. Comodissimo per raggiungere la fiera zona eur in metropolitana perché avevamo il concorso raggiungibile in un quarto d’ora.
− Se proprio devo trovare una pecca ma non è colpa dei proprietari di essere affianco alla linea ferroviaria, però il prezzo adeguato in una zona strategica compensa tutto. Prenotate le camere standard o superior che danno l’affaccio sulla strada. Altrimenti fate come me, tappi che ti fanno trovare in camera e via

Ottimo soggiorno al Crossroad Hotel, consigliato
10.0Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo a Roma. La camera è comoda, spaziosa, pulita E FRESCA, che a luglio salva la vita. Si sentono effettivamente le vibrazioni quando passano i treni ma non mi hanno disturbata minimamente per riposarmi. Zona comoda da cui ci si sposta facilemente.
− Se non mangiate tantissimo a colazione consiglio di andare direttamente a mangiare alla pasticceria senza selezionare la colazione inclusa, spenderete sicuramente meno dei 15 euro richiesti. Ottima pasticceria, in compenso.
Esperienza negativa con la colazione. Serve maggior correttezza.
3.0La posizione, vicina alla stazione Ostiense e alla fermata Piramide della Metropolitana, era funzionale ai miei impegni, quindi comoda. Il letto e il cuscino erano comodi.
− Ho prenotato con colazione inclusa, ma non è stato possibile usufruirne. La colazione era in una struttura esterna all'hotel, in un'altra via. Questo mi è stato comunicato con un messaggio prima del mio arrivo. Al momento del check-in mi è stato comunicato che il servizio sarebbe stato disponibile dalle 8.00. Il mio era un viaggio di lavoro, quindi non potevo permettermi di aspettare fino alle 8, e normalmente il servizio colazione negli hotel inizia alle 7-7.30. Alle mie rimostranze mi è stato risposto, in modo un po' scocciato, che "bastava chiedere il rimborso a Booking". Bene, io ci ho anche provato, ma senza successo. Mai più in questo hotel
