Es war die absolut richtige Unterkunft für Ruhe, Entspannung und Großzügigkeit. Das Interieur ist hochpreisig und trotzdem wohltuend und entspannend. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich, chick eingerichtet und verfügen über geniale Betten und einem zusätzlichen Fernsehgerät im Badezimmer. Der Aufenthaltsraum für die Mahlzeiten befindet sich in einem weit ausschweifenden Bogen voller Glas und hochwertigem Holz, ungemütlich und mit Blick auf die "open kitchen". Aber das besondere an diesem Hotel ist die ansteckende Freundlichkeit des Personals, jederzeit zur Hilfe und/oder Gefälligkeit bereit und immer von wohltuender Zurückhaltung, ein Ort, der Ruhe, Erholung und Entspannung für sich erfunden hat.

Ein Kleinod, sehr schön gelegen im oder am Schloss Landau, war es eher Zufall eine Nacht dort zu buchen. Es ist sehr zu empfehlen, ein sehr schönes Ambiente, freundlicher, zuvorkommender Service. Die Räume liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet

Die moderne Einrichtung vom Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber gemütlich und schön eingerichtet.

− Der Service, die Unfreundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter im Restaurant. Leere Gläser und benutztes Geschirr wurden nicht abgeräumt. Für jedes Getränk mussten wir selbst aktiv werden und an der Rezeption nachfragen, da kein Servicepersonal an unseren Tisch kam. Wir hatten durchgehend das Gefühl, eher zu stören als willkommen zu sein. Besonders enttäuschend war die Situation gegen 21:30 Uhr. An einem schönen Sommerabend wurden wir in einem sehr unfreundlichen Ton aufgefordert, die Terrasse zu verlassen. Stattdessen sollten wir uns ausschließlich im Foyer aufhalten, um eine angebliche Ruhestörung zu vermeiden. Diese Begründung war für uns jedoch völlig unverständlich, da sich nur wenige Meter entfernt eine Hochzeitsgesellschaft befand, deren Feier deutlich lauter war als unsere kleine Runde und bis in die Nacht mit lauter Musik anhielt. Diese Ungleichbehandlung konnten wir nicht nachvollziehen.

Hoteller ligger dejligt stille, men man skal bruge bil for at komme rundt. Morgenmaden var god, men ikke ekstremt god. Personalerne var langsomme. Rengøringen var super.
