Horrible stay with poor service

The property was not well maintained

− The bathroom shower water wouldn’t drain out and almost over flooded the bathroom room floors. We contacted the front desk and they said they would send someone but it took forever so we asked can they have someone check it out the next day since it was late. Needless to say they didn’t send someone to come check it out. I’ve stayed at this property before some years ago and it wasn’t ran like this. I will never ever stay here again unless under new management and better maintained.

Glenda Lanell was a bright spot in the stay. She was very hospitable and welcoming. She made us feel like family not a burden. I can’t say that about all of the other staff but she was a bright light in dissatisfaction. We had a rough start to our stay and felt like unwanted guests but she made us feel so welcome and is a joy!!! 🤩

I liked the fact that it's located near everything we needed for our stay! The beds were comfortable. It was decent for a one night stay. The staff was very sweet, welcoming and helpful!

− The rooms could have been a little cleaner/updated. We had stains on the curtains, furniture, pullout bed and walls/doors. And it could have just been noticeable to me because I'm particular about things. There were crumbs in the carpet and the couch. Some of the furniture/fridge could have been cleaned off better and there was an old smell in the room. There were no ice stations located on the floors and the icemaker in our room made loud noises when it was producing ice. We couldn't figure out how to turn it off.
