Wrong lock box with wrong code to open. Dirty unit and wouldn’t be ready until after 6.
1.0Did get a chance to have breakfast there. We never got keys and couldn’t get access to the room.
− Communication. We asked for early check in. When she got to the room at 3:45 lock box code didn’t work. Finally after waiting for a long time where maintenance person said room wouldn’t be ready until after 6. We had to go find another hotel. So they had the wrong lock box on the door and we never got a chance to stay. Still waiting for a refund. If nothing is done I will make sure the word gets out about how I had a terrible experience after driving 4 hours. I can be reached at 559-7866800

10.0Property Manager provided the wrong building access code. We had to find somebody at the Management office for the correct code. Other than that, everything else was perfect.
Nice apartment. No wifi and hard to contact staff to help.
8.0Like the apartment, it is very spacious and kitchen is a big one.
− Wifi wasn’t available or wasn’t working in our unit during our stay which was very inconvenient. Also I wasn’t able to registered to connect to staff to ask for help, so had problem checking into the apartment. Went to Leasing office and Louie was very helpful and helped us checked in and able to get into our apartment. Kitchen - would be nice to have at least some salt and pepper available to use.
