Expected a little more.
4.0The water was hot in the shower, it was clean and the staff were polite. Close to good food and other facilities.
− Unable to park in our own space, had to use someone else’s away from the room. Having mobility issues and having to unpack the car etc made this difficult. When contacting the office, their solution was park somewhere else. Bed sagged in the middle. For $170 a night I expected a decent bed and easy parking. Office was never open so had to ring any time we needed anything (including check in)
Nothing fancy but we were happy with it. Well located and quiet.
8.02 adults and 2 kids staying in a family room. It was basic but clean. Cutlery and plates/cups were supplied which was good as we ate takeaway in the room. Air conditioner worked and was required as it got to around zero degrees celsius that night. Decor is a little dated but the motel is well located and the room was quiet. We would stay here again.
− The lighting in the room could be improved, it was quite dim.

7.0After an unpleasant incident it was warm and comfortable.
− On our arrival after a very long and adorous drive, the first user of the toilet was greeted by a slightly, dirty, poo soiled, lower back toilet seat and unflushed toilet paper, which was unfortunate and most up setting. Whereas we all found the rest of room was immaculate, however he would not use the shower during our stay. Sorry, we couldn't bring ourselves to raise the issue with anyone due to our late arrival and our disgust. I had to clean it up with the supplied soap which was an inadequate disinfectent. It was room 12.
