Had three nights stay. Breakfast was really good. Staff were all very helpful. Really lovely stay. Looking forward to going again soon.

− Would have been nice for tv to be bigger, but didnt watch much anyway.

A stately hotel set in picturesque grounds. Some ares are slightly dated,and characterful, but the rooms, lounge and dining area were all comfortable. The bedrooms had plenty of sockets, big fluffy towels and there was lashings of hot water in the bathroom. The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and had a good sense of humour. We had evening meals and breakfasts. There was a good choice of options and staff were helpful in keeping the breakfast buffet topped up. Unfortunately there was mizzle when we were there, so we didnt get the best of the views

Ein sehr gutes Englischen Fruehstueck, einfach perfekt. Das gilt ebenfalls für das Dinner. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Man fühlt sich in diesem Hotel von Anfang an wohl.

− Der TV im Yimmer könnte wirklich ein wenig grösser sein, das ist aber wirklich kein grosses Manko.

− Limited Sunday night dinner menu. Cold main course and cold breakfast coffee. Rooms a bit Spartan, shower was tiny.

The staff were so friendly, it made the stay. The location was peaceful and beautiful. Very comfy bed and lovely shower. Food was lovely too.
