In general, everything was great. Our room, however, had the restroom outside the room. Outside of that, we enjoyed our stay.

The room was impeccably clean and 1.5 miles to downtown Kansas City - an easy walk straight up 12th street.

Very clean, well maintained and comfortable. Host was friendly and made us feel at home. Need a car as there is really nothing walkable.
