I cannot begin to tell you what a pleasant experience this was. Staff was exceptionally I witnessing many unhappy customers checking in as a concert [not associated with the hotel] that night was canceled due to the weather. (Canadian fire smoke) Sarah Furlo and the staff maintained professionalism. Thank you for everything.
