10.0The host was very friendly and this is my like fifth stay there. The room was very comfotable and spacious, The wash room is large and clean. They provided me with basic aminities like soap and towels. The breakfast was available at the property and they also have their own A La carte menu where you can order sandwiches etc. The air conditioner was powerful and hot water was ample for the shower.

10.0A very welcoming family ran place, charming old house within a large garden, well maintained and kept very clean, fine restaurant on site, excellent value for money, 5 minute walk to beach, I very much enjoyed my time here.

8.0The staff were excellent. We were badly let down at another property after arriving to find it had been closed for at least 2 years. We made this emergency booking late at night and arrived there 10 minutes later. To find the staff making up our 3 rooms well after a reasonable finishing time The rooms were basic but spotlessly clean and the property a delightful colonial style villa furnished like wise with a very popular fish restaurant open to the public.in the gardens. We were so grateful to the staff at Sumal villa we decided to extend our stay for the duration of our time in the area. Close to the beach and in a good location The property definitely offers a great value for money base.
− Like many properties on the island I believe the hot water was solar powered. Our second day been cloudy with quite a lot of rain ment the a shortage of hot water unlike the night before. But since then I have stayed in two other properties where hot water was not an option. So I'm just glad the option was available as I do prefer a warm shower. Thankyou Sumal Villa.

10.0Hospitality of hosts, location and quality all at a good price. Restaurant on premises was excellent and reasonably priced. Hosts even catered for my request for authentic local cuisine.

− the hotel does not overlook the sea but on a busy road with a tourist bus station next to it. furthermore, the location is far from shops, cafes and restaurants, so it is a must to take a taxi to have lunch at affordable prices.. the hotel restaurant costs the same as the luxury hotels around it..
