Excelente estadia. Toda equipe é muito atenciosa e prestativa. Em determinado momento, o hotel literalmente ficou somente para nós, porém não prejudicou em nada o atendimento e funcionamento. Voltaremos outras vezes!!!

A estrutura do hotel é boa, mas pecam em alguns pontos: piscina externa estava muito suja, turva e verde. Comida de qualidade baixa, muito inferior a hotéis que oferecem pensão completa no mesmo valor.

A acomodação, refeições maravilhosas (A Thais e o Luiz são uns amores) rsrs... Oque deixou a desejar foi a recreação, parecia que os monitores estavam desanimados, e não interagia com todos.

Hotel com potencial

Lugar lindo, mas ainda existem coisas a melhorar, principalmente na infraestrutura. Os quartos são ótimos, mas são muito frios. A parte interna é bem limpa, mas o terreno tem alguns lixos espalhados. A comida é saborosa mas tem pouca variedade. Apesar de autodenominar spa, não tem comida integral, por exemplo.

Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information.
