Wouldn’t stay here again
3.0Convenient for where we needed to be
− Air-con wasn’t working. Temp of room was 24 degrees. Couldn’t switch off or change temperature. Told reception- was told maintenance would come. Came back at night and maintenance hadn’t been. Got told maintenance had left and we can be given a fan or room change at 9pm when we needed to leave by 8am.
Great stay, access to most facilities , great staff speciality big up to the Bangladesh brother , who is a manager ..

9.0Location was very close to tube station, close to Tower Bridge and near to a number of excellent curry restaurants. Breakfast was excellent but a little pricey.

4.0The location was great, very close to where I wanted to be. The room is clean in general, not many issues.
− The staff definitely have communication issues, especially when you go down to breakfast. You are kinda treated like cattle. I've been in many hotels, the bathroom here is sub-par. The team does a good job cleaning it, but it was a disabled person bathroom that I had in my room. When you shower the whole floor gets wet, so if you want to go the bathroom after, prepare some slippers. The toilet also kept filling up with pieces of feces, due to an issue with the sewage system. You basically wake up to a toilet with feces.
