Needs better attention to detail
6.0The upkeep of the hotel seems to be deteriorating quickly. The walls in the hallway on the 5th floor had several scuff marks along with wallpaper noticeably peeling. The patches of wallpaper that had been placed on sections of the wall to fix imperfections were also peeling which made it even more aesthetically more appealing. The wallpaper in the bathroom of Room 519 was also peeling in the corners. There are scuff marks on several of the room doors on that floor as well. Upon checking in, the hall on the 5th floor was dirty. We checked in early while housekeeping was still working and I assumed it would be vacuumed before they left for the day. It was not. It was impossible to find a comfortable room temperature setting. A change in one degree on the thermostat created a huge shift in temperature; making it too warm and stuffy or too cold. I never noticed how inconvenient not having a clock in the room to glance at to quickly check the time was. Upon checkout, we tried to fill our water bottles with ice and the ice machine was broken. We were told that packs of ice were available at the front desk only to find that they were out and waiting for more to arrive. This was my third time staying at this property in a year and the difference in attention to detail and quality was quite visible and quickly noted.
Overall exceeded my expectations.

It was okay
6.0− I did not like the shower and how wet the floor gets due to the water leaking out the shower door. That is dangerous and no one like wet towels either which i had to put down a lot of towels due to that.
