A very disappointing stay in an unsuitable hotel that strongly smelled of cigarette smoke.

− Our stay at 216 Eagle Palace Suite in Istanbul was extremely disappointing because the hotel falsely suggested that two triple rooms could be arranged together despite having only one per floor, the supposedly non-smoking rooms were heavily saturated with cigarette smoke, the location was unsuitable for families, communication was very difficult, the bathroom was broken, the bedding had holes, the furniture had burn marks, and the smoke smell was so strong that even our clothes and belongings still smelled of cigarettes after we returned home.
Hotel is around 20min from metro. Not many employees speak english.

− الموقع غالبيته محلات تصليح سيارات ومكينيكا من كل مكان لمن لايفضل ذلك حجزت اعلى فئه من غرف الكنغ وسلمت اقل منها وعند ذهابي وعودتي لاحظت انه كان بجواري غرفه اكبر للعلم لم اناقشهم كذلك الصوت الداخلي القادم من الجوار والاعلى كان جدا جدا مزعج كان جيرانك معك بالغرفه نفسها كذلك من الخارج لم الاحظ وجود مكان مخصص عند الدخول لذوي الاحتياجات
