Дуже вдячнаТугаю, який дав мені номер на 5 поверсі, зробив перестановку в номері як я просила і навіть змінив білизну, яка була в жахливому стані.Тугай ти найкращий, але я не можу поставити найвищий бал цьому отелю. Дякую за можливість купувати воду в отелі на нормальною ціною.
− Сказати чесно, я не розумію чому такий високий бал на Букинге. Дійсно, сімейні номера дуже гарні, але одномісний це абсолютный треш. По-перше, мене заселили в отель о 4 годині вечора і я повинна була ходити по жарі, після виснажливої дороги. По-друге, кімната була жахливо прибрана: підлога була просто залита водою, покрывало на ліжку було помятим і брудним, а холодильник смердів ригачкою, потім сама його вимила. Тугай, мужчина із ресепшен, перестелив мені постіль і витер підлогу замість прибиральниці. Ще в цьому отелі дуже погана звукоізоляція,стіни ніби с картону після того як в сусідній номер заселилася жінка з двома дітьми, мій спокій скінчився і я не могла дочекатися, коли поїду і інший отель. Може мені просто не повезло, але для мене це був найгірший отель в Аланії. Тугай, пробач за такий коммент але я завжди пишу правду.
