10.0Experiência maravilhosa! O Hotel é perfeito para quem busca descansar e aproveitar o contato com a natureza. O clima agradável da serra e uma vista incrível. Os funcionários atenciosos, os quartos confortáveis e o café da manhã desilioso e com bastante opções. Voltarei em breve com toda certeza.

8.0Infelizmente no dia que estive hospedada no hotel - foi um dia de muitas chuvas no PE como um todo - a estradinha de acesso esta com 3 pontos de alagamento, a noite por conta da chuva, ficamos sem energia e internet - tivemos que trocar de quarto. Inconveniente alheio a administração do hotel. Mas, q infelizmente compromete a experiencia. Os colaboradores muito atenciosos - principalmente da recepção e restaurante. Desejo voltar qdo tiver sol.kkk

2.0− Não tinha ninguém na recepção e depois chegou uma funcionária que cuidava da limpeza para nos entregar a chave do quarto. Não tinha ninguém para nos acompanhar ao quarto que estava com excesso de Bom AR. Insuportável o cheiro. Café da manhã péssimo e acomodação muito ruim. Preço excessivamente caro para o que oferece. Acomodação muito velha. Não tinha nem um copo de água na recepção também. Tínhamos que ir na cozinha do hotel para pegar água. Não recomendo. Além de ser muito distante de Gravatá.
