Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Personale gentile e disponibile. non sempre aperta la reception. Vicinissimo ad aeroporto ed a 25 minuti dal centro di Muenster.

Nice Hotel.

This is a nice hotel. However due to the issue with the booking the price quoted was not the same I was expected to pay at the hotel. Booked two rooms for two adults and two children. Stated the age of children as 16 and 17. On arrival the hotel was only expecting two travellers and two young children. I was told that I have to pay extra for the additional two adult people. Instead of paying 100 Euros for two rooms I ended up paying 180 Euros for two rooms. I will be asking Expedia for a refund as the hotel was miss-sold.

Close to the Autobahn, we have been at the hotel a couple of times on our way to France. We will probably go there again. Very authentic place, many locals. The food is original heavy German food. You can also have pizzas. But once you are there try the the traditional German dishes on the menu. Very kind staff, they speak well English. The rooms are big and clean.

I showed up at the hotel and they had posted a note on the front door that they had decided to take a holiday. If you are a hotel guest please call the number on the sign. When I called nobody answered! i was left without a room at midnight and ended up sleeping on the couch at the airport! The picture from their door is below. When I complained to Travelocity they refused to credit my charge saying the hotel wouldnt accept this cancellation! No thanks dont need to do business with people like this.
