Ubytování jako v pohádce
10.0Děkujeme za nádherný pobyt. Vše bylo naprosto skvělé – krásné a čisté ubytování, výborné jídlo v restauraci a nádherný park, který dotváří příjemnou atmosféru celého areálu. Velké poděkování patří také velmi milému a ochotnému personálu, díky kterému jsme se cítili opravdu vítáni. Pobyt jsme si moc užili a rádi se sem znovu vrátíme. Vřele doporučujeme!
Rezort a prostredie krásne, prišla by som znova. Miestna reštaurácia tragédia.
8.0Zámok a celý areál je fakt krásny. Postele veľmi pohodlné s tvrdym matracom! Biobazén má obrovský wow efekt a musím vyzdvihnúť skvelé raňajky - sladké, slané, šunky, syry, párky, donuty či mliečne výrobky. Oceňujem ešte nabídku súkromného welness namiesto klasického vrámci tej istej ceny.
− Na druhú stranu zo 4 županov, ktoré sme mali možnosť vyskúšať za tri dni, mali tri na boku obrovskú dieru, v 4 * rezorte by sa to určite nemalo stávať. Veľké sklamanie bola miestna Sequoia reštaurácia, ktorú nemôžem nazvať inak ako naleštená bieda. V piatok sme si chceli dať na večeru klasické A la Carte, oznámili nám, že varia iba “all you can eat” gril menu za 890kč na osobu. Hovädzí steak bolo takmer nemožné požuť ako bol gumený, losos bol takmer vyjedený, koláče vyjedené, guacamole zmizlo a už nikdy sa neobjavilo a obecne, cely “all you can eat” vyzeral viac ako “leftovers you can eat” za 890kč. Celý zážitok ešte umocnil nepríjemný hlavny čašník, ktorý nás viac ignoroval ako obsluhoval. Ale zažitok nemusi byť dobrý na to, aby bol silný. Rada by som dodala, že v pešej vzdialenosti nebola žiadna iná otvorená reštaurácia behom víkendu, takže pokiaľ nie ste mobilní, ste odkázani na túto reštauráciu.
