4.0Absolute lack of staff or security present! Granted, Friday Harbor isn’t in a bad area but who wants random folks walking into the building at ANY hour? The sketchy “housekeeping” is another issue. Bathrooms weren’t cleaned on a daily basis and I didn’t notice any staff vacuuming or sanitizing common areas. YUCK.
