Wegen der Lage zum Kanal bereuen wir die Buchung nicht. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt allerdings nicht.

− Sehr einfach eingerichtet. Die vorhandenen Möbel wie die Couch sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Muffiger Geruch im Kleiderschrank, sodass dieser nicht genutzt werden konnte.

Cozy stay close to most anything you could want.
10.0Location was fabulous. View was great. Safety getting in and out felt very secure. Alvise was a wonderful host. He did lots of little extras to make our stay enjoyable.

10.0Close to vaporetto station, host very friendly and helpful, bathroom well stocked, not many steps to the apartment, close to busy central pedestrian street. Great view of the Canal Grande, Gret restaurant recommendations from host.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable Venise est une ville où on marche beaucoup et après une journée,de visite
9.0L appartement est joliment décoré et très bien situé avec une belle vue,sur le grand canal / il est;également à moins de 5 minutes à pied de nombreux commerces , restaurants de la strada nova et de l;embarcadère du vaporetto qui permet de relier tous les points touristiques de Venise en,quelques minutes Il,est situé devant un des nombreux petits embarcadères permettant la vie quotidienne des vénitiens / l activité du grand canal peut être un peu bruyante mais l,appartement est,doté de fenêtres à,diouble vitrage et les chambres sont à l;arrière permettant de bénéficier d une atmosphère calme et l;hôte ( Alvise) est très agréable et aisément disponible
− Rien … peut être un petit bémol concernent la literie que j ai trouvée pas assez ferme mais c est une affaire de goût personnel
