− They did not respond to any communication about a late check in. I arrived to an empty front desk and no key on the reception desk as I asked. In the end I chose my own room, which felt weird but there was nothing else I could do.
Great and convenient.
8.0Close to chairlift and have an area for hotel guest to leave snow gear. Have laundry facility and clean onsen.
