9.0Staffs are very welcoming, room is very clean, a hot outdoor spa was a pleasant surprise. And it’s within 5 mins drives to mt snow and most restaurants/shops in town. Breakfast was lovely and yummy.

9.0We loved our stay at Big Bear's Lodge because it was a charming, clean and comfortable rest after a long car trip. We wished we could have stayed longer because our girls (ages 4 & 8) loved the pool, playground area and bunkbeds. My husband and I loved the rustic charm, manicured landscapes, clean room and wonderful hot breakfast provided by the kind and accommodating owners. Certainly a gem of a place, so glad we chose to stay here.
− Only a couple of suggestions I would make such as to have a coffee/ tea station in the lobby and more outlet/ charging ports in the room.
