− When we arrived at the hotel and were offloading our luggage from the car. Nobody came out to help us. We were in full view of the security as well as the front desk.. But nobody from the hotel bell desk came to collect our luggage until we went in to check in and asked them to do so. Apart from this, there was not enough hot water in the bathroom. The water was very lukewarm through most of the day. Finally, there was loud music being played somewhere in the vicinity of the hotel, or maybe on the hotel premises, well into the night, making sleeping quite difficult.

− The service was very late, little less hygiene in pool. Less food options, booking for two people but have dental kit just for one, poor wifi
