− There was no smart TV in the room. I was looking forward to relaxing and watching Netflix but instead ended up doomscrolling all night.

− please please please offer regular cow's milk for coffee - not that awful coffee mate loaded with chemicals secondly, the sink in our room was separate from the shower/toilet so after washing my hands I had to tromp to the bathroom get a hand towel - also there was no place to put a wet hand towel - consider putting up a small towel ring in that room
