10.0適合包棟放鬆、放空，蟲鳴鳥叫聲很舒壓，床好躺、備品好用、早餐好吃、房間乾淨舒適，很喜歡緩慢系列的住宿體驗。

民俗風格好但早餐真的需要改良
8.0緩慢系列的住宿在風格設計上是很棒的，但這次住宿的早餐讓我蠻失望，大概是生菜，麵包和南瓜粥，我覺得真的太『清淡』了，麵包乾吃，希望至少給些抹醬可以選，南瓜粥沒什麼味道，建議至少加一些雞肉或什麼料吧，生菜在寒冷的飯廳實在很難吃下去，如果要健康至少有些水果，或是煎烤的蔬菜之類，我覺得就算想走健康養生路線也要稍微再美味些，讓我懷念一般的培根歐姆蛋早餐，九點吃完早餐不到兩個小時我肚子就餓得受不了，我住過北海道的緩慢，雖然量不多但至少精緻，但綠泊浪的早餐可惜了，光這點就不太考慮再回頭住了。
