9.0Ideal location and extremely well presented. Communication from the hosts was faultless. We really enjoyed being able to walk everywhere whilst leaving the car securely garaged.

8.0Very spacious apartment, good size for families needing room to move. Good facilities and central heating great in winter.
− A little dated, some things didn't work, ie dead batteries in remote, bedside lamp flickering on startup and slightly limited and budget on some consumables ie 4 exposed (not individually wrapped) teabags for 4 nights, with multiple tea drinkers not ideal, 1 dishwasher tablet for family of 4 stay, no dish cloth to wipe benches etc. Small things but keeps this apartment from a perfect score.

4.0Location is excellent for exploring Adelaide CBD. Apartment is spacious; lots of room but neglected by the owners.
− Plumbing is very old, taps are leaking plus we could not use the shower in the family bathroom so 4 of us had to use the other on suite bathroom. We complained to the owners. We could see the other reviews regarding bad plumbing although no luck with fixing the taps. Kitchen was not clean enough, there are broken irons (3 of them) and ripped ironing board. There was also dryer full of lint that no-one cleaned for quite a while and that is very dangerous. Dishwasher had a bad smell, we had to run it 2 times to get rid of it. Property is obviously neglected by the owners and not sure if they read the reviews.

9.0Convenient location right in the heart of cafes, eateries and downtown. Were met by Kathleen who provided great information on the area. Secure carparking.
Very close to everything you need. All the restaurants are just downstairs.
