10.0This is a really nice hotel in Granada, Nicaragua (NOT IN SPAIN!) with a distinctive colonial feel to it. Staff are very friendly, helpful and work with you on any specific needs. Within a 10 to 15 minute walk there are local bazaars, a park, and many dining options not to mention local sights. The rooms too are fabulous - spacious, airy and nicely airconditioned. The bed and pillows were high end and very nice. All in all a very nice hotel to stay in. While the hotel will do evwrything they can ro make tour stay pleasant, when it comes to coping with the 90+ deg heat and high humidity (this was inay) you are on your own!

6.0It was an old room without windows. Not pleasant to spend time in. The toilet was not flushing. The staff fixed it right away and was nice, though.
