− In der Beschreibung stand, dass das Zimmer schallisoliert wäre. Das war leider nicht der Fall.
Tekrar kalıp kalmayacağımız konusunda şüphelerim var.

− Yıllardır bu otelde konaklıyoruz ancak fiyatlar sürekli artıp iyice pahalılaşırken, verilen hizmet tam aksine yıldan yıla düşüyor. Odalarda bir sorun olmasa da, son zamanlarda bazı çalışanların müşteriye karşı sergilediği sert, toleranssız ve ilgisiz tavırlar Hilton standartlarına hiç yakışmıyor. Ödenen yüksek ücretlerin karşılığı kesinlikle bu kalitesiz hizmet ve tersleyici yaklaşım olmamalı.
