Beautiful Hotel on the edge of Ginza, strolling distance to all of the Ginza Malls & trains.
10.0Beautiful hotel. Comfortable rooms. Lovely, helpful staff. Handy area to local trains and high end stores and malls. Surprisingly quiet in the rooms.

The staff (two girls) was so nice, location was perfect, the room size for Tokyo was very good, You can shower without having to step into the bathtub; the shower is wonderful, and the enclosure separating the shower area from the rest of the bathroom goes from floor to ceiling. They use Byredo products, and the skincare set was excellent too. We loved the comfort of the bed, pillows, and linens. And finally, the blackout curtains in the room really kept the light out. We felt right at home and even watched a movie in the room at night. Also, check-out was before 12:00 rather than the usual 11:00 found at most hotels; we loved it and will be back.
