2.0We reserved a non-smoking room, but the room was smoking one (or smelled as bad as a smoking one) and we saw 2 cockroaches in the bedroom. We said to the staff that we would not spend the night in that room due to the above mentioned problems, but they had no empathy at all. After insisting on our request, they gave us another room (even though they said minutes before that there was no other room available) that smelled as bad as the first one, but without cockroaches, at least. We only decided to stay because they would not refund us, but deeply regret it. We had headaches because of the smoke and the bed was so hard and comfortable that our body hurt the next day. Had I known, I would have stayed anywhere else, but at this hotel.

4.0생각보다 너무 좁아 깜짝놀람. 연휴에 빈방이 없어서 예약하긴했는데 가성비 폭망임. 갤럭시 가까운거 빼고나면 추천하기 그렇네요
