Extremely Disappointing Experience – Definitely Not a Five-Star Hotel!

− My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable, especially for a property advertised as a five-star hotel. The air conditioning and heating were both not working, and there was excessive noise coming from inside the hotel, making it impossible to get a proper night’s sleep. I reported these serious issues to the reception staff, but no solution was provided, and I was not even offered an alternative room. The conditions were so unacceptable that I had to leave after just one night, despite having booked and paid for three nights. What makes this experience even more concerning is that, after reading previous negative reviews on Booking.com, I discovered that several other guests had reported similar problems in the past. This suggests that these issues are recurring and have apparently not been properly addressed by the hotel management. It is shocking that a hotel claiming to offer five-star standards fails to provide even the most basic necessities: functioning heating and air conditioning, a peaceful environment, and adequate customer service. I have requested a full refund for all three nights, as the accommodation did not meet reasonable expectations. I strongly advise future guests to read the negative reviews carefully before booking this hotel. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property at all. An extremely disappointing experience and absolutely not what I would expect from a five-star hotel.
