10.0Everything
− Nothing
Everything was miscommunicated and problematic. The worst hotel experience I can remember.
1.0− Needed 1 night layover from MIA I spoke with agent quoted $163 and last shuttle was at 8:30 PM. I had to yell for shuttle to stop then at check-in was told $236. It took 1.5 hours to reconcile so I had a room.

Perfect Miami stay over
10.0Ideal location, airport pick up, good size rooms and super friendly staff. Good WiFi. Free parking. A bar with food service.
− The breakfast was not the highlight of our stay but it’s ok as it is included in your stay.
