8.0Ho apprezzato particolarmente la cortesia e la disponibilità dello staff, sempre attento e professionale durante il soggiorno. Ho trovato inoltre la struttura pulita e ben curata, contribuendo a rendere l'esperienza piacevole e rilassante. Si trova in buona posizione per visitare la città.
− Tra gli aspetti migliorabili, ho sentito la mancanza di una sala fumatori, un servizio abbastanza comune in molti hotel di Tokyo. Inoltre, la colazione era esclusivamente in stile tradizionale giapponese: pur essendo di buona qualità, una maggiore varietà con alcune opzioni internazionali sarebbe stata gradita.
